		<description>I might offer the term "virtual assistant". PDA = Personal Digital Assistant, and they don't do any of the work for you either.

The main benefit I see is especially for people who use a lot of email. It email more 'dynamic' you can evencc Sandy on things and she will try to keep you updated on what she understands you want to do.

Kinda wish I thought of the idea myself actually.</description>
